The position: We are looking for an On-Site Coordinator to support the successful operational delivery and continued growth of one of our key Job&Talent Global Clients. Working Hours: 08:00-16:00 Salary: £28,000 Contract Type: Permanent Location: TW6 3AQ Role of an On-Site Coordinator: Ensure full compliance with recruitment, onboarding, and employment regulations (local, state, and federal) Coordinate on-site recruitment and onboarding activities Verify and maintain candidate documentation (right-to-work, background checks, drug screens, certifications, IDs) Track compliance status and resolve discrepancies prior to start dates Act as the primary on-site point of contact for recruitment compliance issues Maintain accurate recruitment and compliance records in ATS and HR systems Support audits and inspections by preparing required documentation Communicate compliance requirements to candidates and hiring managers Partner with recruiters, HR, and site management to ensure smooth onboarding Monitor adherence to client-specific compliance standards and SLAs Provide reporting on compliance metrics and onboarding progress Identify process improvements to reduce compliance risk As an On-Site Coordinator, you will need to have: Proven experience in a coordination, recruitment, or site support role within a high-volume staffing or logistics environment.
