Lorien's UK leading Investment banking client is currently looking for a highly skilled Programme Manager to join the team on an initial 6-month contract.
Responsibilities:
* Proven track record of delivering large, complex & strategic projects/programmes in a corporate investment or institutional banking environment.
* Excellent project management knowledge and experience delivering non-IT programmes within a specific or range of business lines or functions.
* Experience working on regulatory projects.
* Ability to assess the quality being managed and delivered by the programme.
* Deep understanding of the impact regulatory change has on banking operations, Front-to-Ops.
* Strong experience in working with / reporting to Senior Executive level, whilst also being able to communicate efficiently with other stakeholders and peer groups.
* Experience working in a consultancy role or environment would be advantageous.
* Recognised project qualification preferable (e.g., PRINCE II, MSP, PMP) but not mandatory.
