An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary to join the team in their Andover office.
The firm's services cover wills, trusts, probate, court of protection/deputyship, and estate-related matters.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent technical ability and knowledge of private client areas.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist Fee Earners in managing case-load and handle file-related queries face-to-face or by phone.
2. Ensure clients are dealt with efficiently and politely, raising appropriate legal matters.
3. Assist in general office administration and file management.
4. Undertake photocopying as needed.
5. Answer calls efficiently and take messages when necessary.
6. Manage own and Fee Earner diaries.
Experience & Skills
* Assistant, secretarial, or administrative experience, preferably in this area of Law.
* Fast, accurate digital audio typing skills.
* Experience with case management systems.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Excellent IT knowledge.
* Willingness to learn and grow within the department.
* Good communication skills.
