Job Overview
ELL Haulage
Hello and thank you for clicking on my job advertisement. I'm advertising on behalf of my business. I run a small haulage company out of Immingham area. I make sure we look after our drivers. As a driver myself i understand the stress and the struggles in which the job involves. We want to make sure we find good drivers that can work well with us. We don't have designer trucks as we're more interested in having good well maintained trucks that don't cost the Earth to buy. Instead we can pass a bit more of the profit onto the driver in-terms of higher pay and rewards.
In short I'm looking for a couple of Monday to Friday day drivers. In the future I might offer some more shift pattern and different lines of work when the work and business requires.
As a Monday to Friday day driver you'll receive a day rate of £150 for the 5 shifts you work. So that'll be a weekly pay of £750. Once you've been with the company for over a month you'll then receive additional benefits such as drinks, sweets and snacks in your cab. This will be given on the basis of good attendance, infringement and keeping your cab and truck clean. The pay will be paid monthly and at the end of the month. If you do overtime especially on a weekend the rates are between £160 to £200 a day.
Please read the job description carefully as we don't want our time wasted or your time wasted. You'll be mostly doing ferry trailer work. You can be asked to do other work such as fridges and shipping containers as well. If this is something you'll be interested in please get in touch. Many thanks Ellis
