Job Purpose As Factory Manager of Finnebrogue’s DBP site – the main sausage production facility within the Group – you will take full responsibility for leading operations to deliver world-class standards in safety, quality, service, efficiency and people development. You will drive the daily performance of the site, ensuring that production targets are met while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and excellence. With accountability for the site’s people, processes and performance, you will inspire and develop a capable team, safeguard compliance, and ensure our customers receive the highest quality products, on time, every time.
