Lead Support Worker
Salary £27,500 [pro rata] plus 34 days leave (rising to 39) and health cash plan worth over £1140
Permanent part time (28 hpw), on an 8 week rolling rota

You?ll help people with complex needs live more independently, where no two days are the same. re helping someone take a big step towards their goals, the next you?re supporting them through life?Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support
Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads
Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments
Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community
With our learning and development offer, and support from friendly colleagues, you?Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting
Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it)
Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support
We support men and women 18-64 who struggle with Mental Health and dual diagnosis in a ten bed service.
We work on an 8 week rolling rota, this includes every other weekend and sleep ins.
We do get together regularly meet daily for training and team meetings.
34 days leave, rising to 39 (this includes bank holidays and a ?me day?)
