Full Time Equivalent Salary – Grade 2 Points 3 £24,796
Actual Salary - £18,403
Based at - Berkeley Primary School

About the Role
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and qualified Level 3 EYFS Practitioner to join our friendly nursery team, based within the grounds of our welcoming primary school. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing environment that values early years education and provides strong continuity of learning from nursery through to school.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver high-quality early years provision in line with the EYFS framework
· Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
· Observe, assess and plan for children’s learning and development
· Build positive relationships with children, parents/carers and colleagues
· Support children’s personal, social and emotional development
· Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare requirements are met at all times
About You
· Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (essential)
· Have a good understanding of the EYFS and child development
· Be passionate about working with young children
· Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills
· Be reliable, flexible and committed to high standards of care and education
