Junior Business Development Executive – Hybrid (Central London)
£30,000 - £40,000 + Bonus | Well-Funded Scale-Up | Sustainability Sector
Are you ready to kick-start your career in business development with a fast-growing, purpose-driven company? We’re working with an ambitious and well-backed consultancy at the cutting edge of sustainability, who are now looking to hire a Junior BDM / Sales Executive to support their rapid growth across international markets. They are targeting global growth, and winning in global markets. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to grow within a dynamic sales environment — working closely with visionary leadership and learning directly from an inspiring Head of Business Development.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Conducting research to identify new markets, client opportunities and strategic partnerships
2. Supporting lead generation and nurturing warm leads
3. Helping develop client relationships and maintaining a strong pipeline
4. Assisting with sales proposals, presentations and CRM management
5. Collaborating across marketing, operations and executive teams to align on business development strategy
6. Shadowing and learning from experienced leaders while contributing to real growth outcomes
What you’ll bring:
1. A proactive, curious mindset with a genuine interest in business and sustainability
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Comfortable working with data and market trends
4. Organised and detail-focused, with some familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
5. A degree in a related subject is a plus, but not essential
