As the days get lighter and stores start buzzing again, there’s no better time to build something new. We’re looking for engaging, detail-oriented people to become LEGO Brand Ambassadors, representing one of the world’s most loved brands in store.

Part Time, Permanent
Salary: £13.45 hr + up to 20% bonus (£15.30/hr OTE)
London Rate: £14.30/hr when travelling within the M25
Mileage: 34p per mile
Hours: 22.5 hours per week across 3 weekdays (must include a Wednesday or Thursday)
Territory: Littlehampton, St Leonards, East Grinstead, Brixton, Wimbledon, Pulborough, and surrounds
Essential: You’ll need your own car and a full UK driving licence.
What You’ll Be Doing: Bringing LEGO to Life, Store by Store
This is a hands-on, people-focused role where attention to detail really matters.
1. Create standout displays - Using your merchandising eye, you’ll check stock, maintain displays and support promotions so LEGO always looks its best.
2. Deliver great visits, every time - Each store visit is carefully planned and efficiently delivered, reflecting LEGO’s belief that only the best is good enough.
3. Champion the brand - You’ll confidently negotiate for space, visibility and activity, ensuring LEGO stands out for all the right reasons.
4. Build strong in-store relationships - You’ll work closely with colleagues and decision-makers in Asda, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, B&M and Smyths, becoming a trusted and welcome presence in each store.

What We’re Looking For
17. A full UK driving licence and reliable vehicle
18. Merchandising, retail or field sales experience is preferred, but not essential
19. A positive, organised approach with strong attention to detail
20. Someone who enjoys variety, independence and being out in store
