Test Analyst To support the Project Delivery Team in helping to manage change and plan in line with company goals. The role will provide assurance for projects and programmes, by providing robust user acceptance testing that will ensure that decisions can be made whether to sign off solutions or not. You will work alongside Business Analysts and Project Managers to define test plans, prepare scripts, and execute tests from a business perspective. Your Tasks Lead and conduct User Acceptance Testing, working with business users and IT to define and execute test plans Responsible for ensuring testing methods, process and plans will provide enough confidence for the business that project aims have been met Follow the Asendia test approach for end-to-end application solutions and manage the execution of testing Define the correct and appropriate use of testing tools for each project or programme Liaise with IT leads for technical support during the planning, execution and evaluation of tests Understand the high level E2E business and technical requirements and intended implementation Supports scoping and estimation of effort for tests being planned Lead meetings with Business and IT and communicate status and issues, and drive resolution Understand expectations that were agreed with the business owner and recognise when issues or events may affect delivery (The above list is not exhaustive) Experience & Demonstrable Skills Degree or equivalent in a relevant IT or business discipline Formal Certification (e.g., ISEB) would be advantageous Agile training/qualifications or experience including Scrum, Kanban and Test-Driven Development E-Commerce/Retailer/Logistics/Post industry experience Understanding of logistics and end to end parcel operations A minimum of 2 years overall testing experience Knowledge of testing methodologies, industry standards and tools Software development life-cycle experience Experience of working with Jira and collaboration tools Experience in producing all test artifacts required in a project lifecycle (projects to vary from Small, Medium and Large) Experience in building strong relationships across complex organisations Ability to work with a high number of small concurrent projects across many business owners Our Facts Our mission is to excel in every interaction with our customers.
