Katie Bard are supporting a fast-growing organisation looking to hire a Campaign Manager to lead the delivery of high-performing, multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social, paid and content channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on delivery position but also brings strategic thinking, brand judgment and a data-led mindset.
The Campaign Manager will play a crucial role in shaping messaging, executing campaigns end-to-end, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints ,while also feeding insights into product-led growth, CRO and optimisation initiatives. The main part of the role will be Campaign & Brand Management. This will entail:
Planning, build and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, paid media and content marketing.
Developing campaign calendars, journeys and workflows to support lead generation, customer engagement and retention.
Managing campaign setup, copy, creative briefing, scheduling and delivery.
Working closely with cross-functional teams (content, digital, product and sales) to ensure campaign alignment and integration.
Optimise campaign performance through testing, refinement and insight-driven iterations.
Leading audience segmentation and targeting to maximise impact across B2B and B2C channels.
