The Role
We are a progressive public sector organisation seeking an experienced Early Years Worker to join our Child and Family Development Service. You'll assist in planning, delivery and evaluation of activities that support young children's learning, development and health, ensuring consistency of high-quality provision.
Location: Uxbridge
Rate: £15.19 per hour (Inside IR35/PAYE)
Duration: 3-month contract starting immediately
Hours: 35 hours per week (9am-5pm)

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver activities supporting children's learning and development
* Create stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environments that encourage learning through play
* Observe and record children's progress and achievements
* Ensure comprehensive safeguarding and child protection procedures
* Support families from diverse social and cultural backgrounds
* Provide paediatric first aid and manage children's individual care needs
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
* Assist in the induction and training of peers and new employees
Essential Requirements
* Early Years qualification Level 2+ (NVQ, CACHE, NNEB or equivalent)
* Paediatric First Aid qualification Level 3
* Experience in childcare provision for children under five
* Excellent knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage
* Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures
* Ability to build positive relationships with children and families
* Enhanced DBS clearance required
* Flexibility to work across multiple sites
