As a Quantity Surveyor on our Infrastructure team, you'll have the chance to work on a diverse range of projects with leading clients in transportation, energy & power, water & utilities, defence, and highways. Leveraging your expertise in cost management, procurement, and contract administration, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of high-profile infrastructure projects across the region.

* Undertake detailed cost estimates, tender documentation, and procurement strategies to support project delivery.
* Provide expert advice on contractual matters and assist in negotiating contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
* Conduct thorough cost analysis and value engineering exercises to optimize project budgets and ensure value for money.
* Collaborate closely with project teams to monitor costs, identify potential risks, and implement effective cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
* Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts to inform decision-making and support project delivery objectives.
* E ngage with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to build strong working relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
About you -
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
* Ideally working towards your RICS accreditation.
* Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the infrastructure sector, preferably in a consultancy environment.
* Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost management principles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Self-motivated, proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
