A little bit more about the role:
As General Manager with Olleco you will lead the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of depot operations. You will be a Health & Safety champion responsible for reinforcing and improving the Health & Safety culture in your depot. You will bring your extensive experience in the waste industry to drive sales growth and efficiencies in your depot area. As a people manager you will develop your team, succession plan and increase employee engagement and retention.
We will be looking for:
* Operations/ Waste management experience
* An IOSH Managing Safely certification, or willingness to complete as a matter of urgency
* Demonstrable experience of delivering results in a sales and logistics role
* People management and a track record of improving the performance of others
* Excellent administrative skills
* Microsoft Office skills
