This people-focused role is all about enriching residents’ lives through meaningful events and strong community links.
You’ll organise a varied events programme, support residents in attending activities, and build partnerships that bring joy and connection into the home. A key part of the role is supporting admissions by showcasing our home as a vibrant, welcoming place to live—through open days, family events, and memorable resident experiences.
You’ll also promote events with eye-catching materials and work with our marketing team to raise the home’s profile.
ABOUT YOU
* Friendly, enthusiastic, and confident in building relationships.
* Experience in events, community engagement, or marketing (care sector experience an advantage).
* Comfortable engaging with older people, including those with dementia.
* Organised, creative, and IT literate (Word, Canva, email, etc.).
* Flexible for occasional evenings or weekends.
Hours: 24 – 36 hours per week
Salary: £13.00 – £14.00 per hour depending on experience
