The Role
* Draft detailed and compliant suitability reports in collaboration with Financial Planners.
* Liaise with advisers to ensure all client information is accurate and complete.
* Interpret adviser meeting notes and prepare suitable recommendations with precision and care.
* Provide technical guidance to advisers to support positive client outcomes.
* Ensure all work meets company compliance standards and FCA requirements.
* Maintain accurate workflow records and case files to departmental standards.
* Obtain and analyse existing policy data, prepare research, and source relevant illustrations.
* Collaborate effectively with Client Support and administration teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
* Maintain up-to-date technical and industry knowledge.
