The Governing Body of St Margaret’s Catholic Primary School are seeking to appoint an inspirational and progressive Head of School to help the Governing Body continue to move the school forward.
Through our school mission statement, we nurture and encourage all our children to develop their talents and skills to become confident life-long learners and good citizens within a caring Catholic ethos. The family of St Margaret’s school strives to grow in God’s love and care by learning together and valuing the uniqueness of each person.
We are looking for a Head of School who is:
• a committed practising Catholic with a strong understanding of Catholic education;
• a leader who will protect, nurture and develop the Catholic ethos of the school;
• a strategic thinker with a clear vision for continued success who will work closely and effectively with the school’s governing body;
• a professional with proven leadership, management and interpersonal skills who inspires, motivates and empowers others;
• a leader who is dedicated to excellence in education and will help create a safe and nurturing environment where all children are supported to reach their potential;
• an excellent communicator who will be able to develop and grow strong working relationships with staff, children, families, governors and our parish community.
