Communicate and coordinate with all stakeholders, including owners, architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Ensure that the project runs on time and on budget, monitoring teams and/or subcontractors.
Work closely with the project team to mitigate safety, ethics, and quality risks, including effectively managing government and legal requirements.
Ensure customer satisfaction, provide engineering support, and improve profitability.
Train and monitor the safety, quality, and operations of subcontractors (as applicable), ensuring a standard of service delivery to customers.

Requirements include experience with elevator and building trades, ideally a Level 3 NVQ in Lift Installation and Commissioning or equivalent, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a team-oriented, dynamic environment.
