Franchised Motor Dealership - Spalding, Lincolnshire

Our client a family-owned dealership with a proud heritage, are looking for an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician.

You will play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles and ensuring every customer leaves the dealership confident in the quality of the work.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

Carry out diagnostics, repairs, and servicing.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections to identify potential faults early.
Use manufacturer-approved diagnostic tools and equipment accurately.
Provide clear, professional advice to customers on required work.
Maintain the highest standards of workmanship and safety compliance.
Contribute to the smooth running of a close-knit team with a shared commitment to excellence.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Vehicle Technician in the automotive industry.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Confidence in using modern diagnostic software and tools.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach and commitment to quality.
Full UK driving licence.

40-hour week - Monday to Friday (Saturday overtime optional)

£35k - £40k Basic + overtime
