All About the Role
As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be a key member of our Growth Marketing team. This role focuses largely on Paid Search, while collaborating closely with specialists in Paid Social, Display, Affiliate, and other channels.

* Assist in planning, execution, and optimisation of performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
* Have exposure to Meta, Apple Search ads, TikTok, and mDSPs.
* Help drive key business goals like acquiring new customers, increasing orders, and boosting app installs.
* Monitor campaign data, create weekly reports, and contribute to in‑depth analyses to identify optimisation potential.
* Assist in creating and running A/B tests for creative assets, ad copy, and campaign setups to enable continuous improvement and learning.
* Learn to leverage automation tools and bid‑management strategies to improve account performance and efficiency.
* Work closely with internal teams and external partners, nurturing positive relationships and sharing insights with key stakeholders.
What Will You Bring to the Table?
* Proven experience in a digital marketing role with direct exposure to managing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with close attention to detail and a data‑driven approach.
* A proactive, flexible, and team‑oriented approach with a genuine curiosity for the latest innovations in digital marketing.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
