Graduate Learning Support Assistant - Slough - September Start

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate who is considering a career in teaching, educational psychology, social work, or youth mentoring and wants to gain valuable hands-on experience supporting students with additional learning needs.
As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you'll work closely with class teachers and the SEN team to provide tailored support that helps pupils reach their full potential-both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support positive behaviour and engagement in the classroom
* Help pupils understand and follow lesson instructions
* Provide 1:1 or small group support within lessons or the Learning Support department
* Monitor and record pupil progress and development
