Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Birmingham for an Early Years Tutor and Assessor. The Early Years Tutor and Assessor will be responsible for delivering engaging and relevant training sessions, assessing student progress, marking work, managing attendance at work placement, providing constructive feedback, and supporting students to achieve their qualifications. Additionally, maintaining accurate records of student performance, timely completions with high achievement rates ensuring compliance with relevant standards and guidelines, and participating in continuous professional development are key tasks. Must have good classroom management.
Qualifications
* Experience in early years education LEVEL 2 AND 3 TO 16 - 19 YEAR OLDS AND APPRENTICES
* Teaching qualification - DTTLS
* Assessors awards
* Skills in tutoring, assessing, and providing feedback
* Ability to create and deliver training content effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
* Professional qualifications in early years education or a related field
* Experience in an education management setting is beneficial
