You'll be a senior member of the Commercial Team, working closely with colleagues across Planning and Development and reporting to the Head of Planning and Development. The role carries real responsibility and genuine scope, contributing across a portfolio of strategically significant sites where the work is varied, the stakeholders are demanding and the outcomes matter. The brief spans the full development lifecycle: appraisal and residual valuation, site acquisition and disposal across freehold, leasehold and option structures, complex multi-party negotiations including JVs, development agreements, overage and clawback.
