Overview of the Role
Our Account Manager at The Menu Partners is responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery, and supporting commercial growth within the consolidation sector.
This role collaborates closely with internal teams to meet customer expectations, operational goals, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers, managing ongoing relationships
* Support contract negotiations, renewals, and administration
* Monitor customer performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
* Work with TMP businesses and partners to expand product ranges and enhance service offerings
* Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to operational efficiencies
* Conduct regular account reviews to address client needs and provide feedback to TMP teams
* Coordinate with operations and procurement to ensure product availability and service excellence
* Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to strengthen customer engagement
Key Objectives
* Maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and retention
* Support contract renewals and contribute to product range growth within accounts
* Collaborate with Procurement to assist with product transitions from nominated to wholesale lines
* Help enhance commercial performance through effective account management
