We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Special Needs Teaching Assistant to provide tailored support for four pupils within a welcoming and inclusive school environment. About the Role In this role, you will work closely with pupils who display challenging behaviours, including two students who are non-verbal. A key focus will be helping these pupils increase their engagement with school and supporting their transition from part-time to full-time timetables. Your support will play a vital role in developing their social, emotional and academic progress.
