Workplace Coordinator\n12-month contract\n£23-£25 p/h\n5 days on-site\n \nMy client is a global tech firm based in London and the USA. They are looking for a Workplace Coordinator to join them on a 12 month contract in their London office Monday-Friday. You will be required to provide hands-on supportive assistance for all of the employees in the assigned office while reporting into the Head of Real Estate and Workplace Services.\n \nWhat you'll do: \n\nBe the first point of contact for overseeing daily operations of the office and answering employee queries\nSupervise day-to-day office requirements, including managing office supplies, storage and inventory\nProcesses of monthly expenses\nOn-boarding processes for new starters\nEvents management such as; client entertainment and social/team events\nArrange all meetings, including logistics such as booking conference calls and meeting rooms \nSkills required: \n\nAdministrative and technical skills\nAbility to work within a fast-paced environment\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nAttention to detail and capable of multi-tasking\nYou take initiative to ask the questions that are necessary to solve an issue\nProactive ‘can-do’ approach \n REFROM90141\n\nTiger is B Corp Certified.
