We are working with a leading global investment bank to hire an Analyst and an Associate to join its Investment Banking division in London. The team focuses on M&A and strategic advisory across complex industrial sectors, advising clients on a wide range of transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support execution of M&A transactions, including buy-side, sell-side, and strategic advisory mandates
* Build and maintain financial models and valuation analyses
* Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation
* Conduct company and industry research to support deal origination and execution
* Collaborate closely with senior bankers on live transactions and business development initiatives
Requirements:
* 1 -3 years of experience for Analyst / 3-6 years for Associate within Investment Banking or M&A
* Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
* Experience working on live transactions
* Excellent academic background
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Experience in capital-intensive or technical industries is advantageous
