We are seeking an enthusiastic Reception Manager to provide an exceptional experience for all members, guests, and visitors. You will supervise reception staff, develop procedures to ensure smooth operations, and maintain a professional, welcoming environment.
In this role, you will:
1. Hire, train, and evaluate the reception team to ensure top-notch service and a well-presented reception.
2. Manage daily operations, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
3. Promote services, memberships, and special offers.
4. Oversee the switchboard, ensure health and safety compliance, and act as Duty Manager when needed.
5. Work closely with the Head of Club Experience/Deputy General Manager to identify areas for improvement and recommend maintenance or upgrades.

Previous experience in a service-oriented position is required; team leadership experience is desirable.
