Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative will play a key role in driving pipeline generation for the sales team. This person will focus on identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects across the UK. Working closely with Account Executives and Marketing, the SDR will be responsible for booking high-quality meetings with senior decision makers within law firms and legal teams.
The ideal candidate will have six months to one year of experience booking meetings for SaaS products and a clear desire to develop within a high-growth software environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospect, identify, and qualify potential clients for the sales pipeline
• Conduct outbound activity through phone calls, email, and social outreach
• Engage senior stakeholders within law firms, corporate legal teams, and related sectors
• Book high-quality meetings and demos for the Account Executive team
• Work closely with Marketing to convert inbound interest into qualified opportunities
• Maintain accurate data and activity logs within CRM systems
• Contribute to team targets, weekly forecasting, and monthly pipeline reviews
• Represent the business with professionalism and a consultative approach at all times
Skills and Experience Required
• Six months to one year of experience in an SDR or prospecting role within a SaaS environment
• Proven ability to book meetings with B2B decision makers
• Strong communication skills across phone, email, and social channels
• Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and handling objections
• Motivated to learn, develop, and progress within a scaling software company
• Organised, resilient, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools is desirable
