About the role We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy IT Coordinator to support and manage the IT infrastructure at our GSE sites. This role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless IT operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining the integrity and security of all technology systems and networks at our site locations. The IT Coordinator will also work closely with cross-functional teams, assist with hardware/software setup, and provide technical support to all site personnel. Your key responsibilities will include: Oversee the day-to-day operations of IT systems and networks at GSE sites, ensuring that all hardware and software systems are functioning effectively and efficiently. Provide on-site technical support for end-users, assisting with software, hardware, and network issues. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner. Support the setup, installation, and configuration of new IT systems, including servers, computers, printers, and other equipment relevant to GSE operations. Work closely with the GSE operations, commercial and admin teams to ensure compliance with smooth business process, assist in troubleshooting, and implement any needed improvements, development or updates to existing systems. Maintain accurate records of all IT systems, equipment, software, and user support requests. Ensure that documentation for IT infrastructure and procedures is up-to-date and easily accessible. Provide training and guidance to on-site staff on the use of technology systems and software. Offer tips and solutions to improve work efficiency and troubleshoot common issues independently. Act as a point of contact for IT-related vendors and service providers, ensuring that services are delivered according to agreed-upon terms and resolving any issues that may arise. Ensure adherence to business & industry regulations, driving best practices for IT management. Monitor and flag any cyber or digital security threats on demand, tracking their quarantine and safe de-escalation. What we are looking for: We expect you to have a background of, or at least interaction and knowledge of the following systems: ERP software and it’s UI operation Microsoft Office suite Finance Package software (Navision Dynamics or Business Central advantageous) Broad or rounded Tablet, scanner and mobile device knowledge Good & broad web browser knowledge Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and networking. Familiarity with system administration, Windows/AD & Azure environments, and basic database management. Excellent communication skills to interact with various site personnel and vendors. Strong organizational and time-management abilities to juggle multiple tasks and priorities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
