What You Will Do
* Deliver comprehensive drug and alcohol assessments to a variety of clients, ensuring bespoke support plans are in place.
* Collaborate with probation services and other partners to provide an integrated support network.
* Use SystmOne to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
* Facilitate group workshops and one-to-one sessions aimed at recovery and rehabilitation.
* Monitor client progress and adapt interventions to optimise outcomes.
* Participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies.
