We are seeking a Skilled Labourer to work on various projects within our Rail Sector, based out of Rainham Depot. You will mostly be working as part of a small 2–3-person crew servicing our contracts. Preferred current Rail Access Certification required. (SENTINAL)
The successful candidate will be experienced in a range of trades including concrete work, paving, roofing, door replacement, carpentry, plumbing, and general building and drainage maintenance. You will carry out repairs, refurbishments, and installations across commercial properties.

* An hourly rate of between 16.25and 17.50 pounds per hour dependent on experience (paid weekly)
* Sunday – Thursday (Nights 10pm – 6am) however you will be required to workday shifts when projects demand.

Responsibilities
* Support site teams with repairs, refurbishments, and minor installations to a high standard
* Ensure work areas are properly prepared, collecting materials and tools from the stores department as needed
* Work under instruction from the Person in Charge (PWT or SPC), adhering to safety protocols and site procedures
* Return unused materials and tools to the stores at the end of each shift
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment and demonstrate a flexible approach to changing work demands
Experience And Qualifications For The Role
* Proven experience in multi-trade works or general building maintenance
* Comfortable working nights and in a rail environment (LU/TfL experience preferred)
* Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
* Strong awareness of site safety, especially within a live rail setting
* Reliable, adaptable, and willing to take on a variety of tasks
