Compliance Administrator

Coatbridge- Office based role

Full-Time, Permanent position, paying a salary of up to £26,298.72, plus great company benefits.

About the role:

We are looking for an Exceptional and Experienced Compliance Administrator who is proactive, methodical, confident, that can work as part of a team and on their own initiative.

The successful Compliance Administrator will support the team in maintaining the smooth operation of the department; ensuring all administrative procedures are undertaken in accordance with department requirements and in a timely and accurate manner and helping to provide a service to clients that is efficient and effective.

Reporting to the Gas Qualifying Supervisor, you will work with the Coatbridge team ensure a high level of continuing support to the Mears branch and departments in line with the department’s agreed SLA’s.

Supporting the submission of cost data to enable work orders to be completed and invoiced within contractual timelines and ensuring the customer experience is central to all activities.

Role Criteria:

* Timed Admin experience
* Good Customer service
* Experience of Office 360
* Good verbal and written communication

It would be advantageous if you have experience within Compliance and in the social Housing setting.

All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.

Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks either before or upon commencement of employment.
