Our client is looking for a new Business Services Manager to take over a portfolio of clients including sole traders, partnerships and limited liability companies. You will also act as a mentor to more junior members of team, checking accounts and tax work that has been prepared for other clients.
Working from offices in the heart of Oxford City Centre, this opportunity represents the chance to really drive the business forward. Identifying general business and tax planning opportunities and implementing effective solutions, as well as actively contributing to the firms’ business development and marketing activities. You will be managing a small team of Junior Accountants, covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle such as training and development, sickness and assisting with recruitment and selection.
From a salary perspective, my client is offering £45 – 55,000. Standard holiday entitlement and company pension. You will live within a commutable distance to Oxford City Centre and be prepared to travel to clients’ offices where necessary. Once your initial 6 month training/probationary period is over, there will be some flexibility to look at a more hybrid work setup.
