We are looking for reliable, flexible, caring, and fun people to join our amazing team of personal assistants working to support a deaf and disabled lady in her 30s in her own home. Support is needed with personal care and with home tasks such as cleaning, cooking, and shopping. But also at music gigs, events, theatre trips, festivals, family events and other fun activities! It is essential that you hold a Full UK Driving Licence as you will need to be able to drive the employer's automatic Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle. Starting rate of pay is £14 per hour, paid every 4 weeks. Full training will be provided. Hours currently available: Alternate weekends: Saturday 10:15am - Sunday 10:30am (24 hour shift) Sunday 10:15am - Monday 9:30am (24 hour shift) (1 x 24-hour shift per team member per weekend) We can offer some flexibility, and extra hours may be available with sickness and holiday cover, plus weekends away and trips abroad. Experience working in a previous care setting is not essential for this role.
