Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Maximise every member and guest’s experience in our club.
2. Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
3. Contribute to the cleaning and hygiene standards of the club as needed.
4. Serve as a competent key holder, covering shifts as required.
5. Maintain a good understanding of the membership software system.
6. Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus, and participate in these activities.
7. Assist the Fitness Manager with Gym Floor duties.
8. Experience the products and services on offer to better assist members.
9. Ensure the cleanliness of the Facilities exceeds expectations by actively maintaining the club, with team support.
10. Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
11. Handle member complaints effectively and inform the relevant manager.
Qualifications
Need to be:
1. Outgoing, positive, and motivated.
2. Competent in administrative duties.
3. Driven, ambitious, eager to learn and develop.
4. Willing to participate in learning opportunities for growth.
5. Able to perform operational key holder duties as needed.
6. Passionate about fitness, administration, and customer service.
7. Flexible to work shifts and support the team.
8. Target-focused to support sales and retention goals.
