What does a Night Practitioner role involve?
Working nights at Oak Springs offers the opportunity to make a real difference during quiet hours. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting residents with personal care, hygiene, and bedtime routines in a respectful and dignified manner.
* Providing reassurance and companionship, especially to those who need additional support during the night.
* Monitoring and responding to residents' needs, ensuring their safety and comfort.
* Undertaking light domestic tasks to maintain cleanliness and orderliness.
* Assisting with care plan administration and reporting any concerns or changes in residents' well-being.
* Participating in training to enhance skills and team expertise.
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth handovers and person-centred care.
