We're looking for a Family Lawyer to join a busy and supportive family team working within a Lexcel-accredited law firm with a very good reputation. Hybrid working is on offer to help maintain a healthy work/life balance.
In this role, you'll take ownership of a varied and challenging caseload, advising and representing clients in matters such as divorce and separation, private law proceedings, Family Law Act cases, financial orders, and cohabitation agreements. You'll also handle pre- and post-nuptial agreements, conduct your own advocacy, and manage Legal Aid work through CCMS, providing a seamless service for your clients every step of the way.
We're looking for someone who thrives under pressure, delivers excellent client care, and communicates clearly and confidently. Panel membership or any other family law accreditation is a bonus, but what matters most is your ability to provide practical advice and build lasting relationships with clients.
