- £31,500 Contract: Permanent, full-time Hours: 37.5 hours per week Role Overview We are recruiting an experienced and proactive Regional Employer Account Manager to support delivery across Employability programmes, covering Leicester and Hinckley, and working closely with the Employer Service Consultant covering Corby, Kettering and Market Harborough .
As Regional Employer Account Manager, you will be responsible for employer engagement, sourcing new employers and generating suitable vacancies that align with participant needs and local labour market demand.
You will play a key role in supporting employment outcomes by building strong employer partnerships and working collaboratively with delivery teams.
Alongside employer engagement activity, you will support the delivery of tailored Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) sessions, stakeholder engagement activity, and on-site unaccredited support sessions to help participants move closer to sustained employment.
Due to the regional and outward-facing nature of the role, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
