Overview

Business Development Manager - Energy Services

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for sustainable solutions? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing division within a hugely successful and established business.

This is a role within our client’s energy services division. You’ll focus on providing strategic solutions that deliver clear returns on investment for clients, shaping the future of this developing business area and forging strong relationships with established customers and new prospects.


What You'll Be Doing

* Driving Growth: Identify and secure new business opportunities, focusing on enterprise-level clients across the UK.
* Consultative Selling: Engage with commercial property owners, investors, and property managers to understand challenges and present tailored energy solutions with clear ROI.
* Client Relationship Management: Nurture existing client relationships, ensure ongoing satisfaction, and identify opportunities for further collaboration.
* Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and service offerings.
* Travel: Regular travel across the UK, with access to strategically located offices in Cardiff, Manchester, Birmingham, and London.


What We're Looking For

* Proven Sales Track Record: Strong background in business development, ideally within a B2B services environment.
* Energy Sector Knowledge: Experience or interest in energy management, sustainability, or property-related services is desirable.
* Consultative Approach: Ability to understand client needs and craft compelling, tailored solutions.
* Strategic Thinker: Ability to identify opportunities, develop and execute effective sales strategies.
* Exceptional Communicator: Clear and persuasive communication with diverse stakeholders.
* Self-Motivated & Ambitious: Driven to succeed, thrive in a dynamic environment, and make an impact.
