This is a full-time, long-term position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The Role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored learning activities and interventions. You will support students with a variety of special educational needs in both one-to-one and small group settings. You will assist the class teacher in delivering adapted and differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs. Additionally, you will help manage behaviour and promote positive emotional wellbeing, creating a safe and supportive environment for all pupils. Knowledge of and experience with behaviour management strategies Experience in a similar role or working with children is a plus, but not mandatory. Compassionate, patient, and resilient attitude.
