Overview
Senior Contracts Manager - EV Infrastructure (NEC4) in Scotland Highlands. Location: Field-Based - Aberdeen / Scottish Highlands. Salary: Up to £70k + Benefits. Must have UK work eligibility.
Responsibilities
* Lead NEC4 contract management
* Oversee commercial & financial performance
* Support EV infrastructure project delivery
* Ensure H&S (CDM 2015) compliance
* Manage stakeholders & quality standards
Requirements
* 3+ years' contracts management (civils/infrastructure)
* Strong NEC4 administration experience
* Knowledge of CDM 2015 & UK H&S regulations
* Experience with public sector/local authorities
* Strong commercial & risk management skills
Desirable
* NEC4 accreditation or ICE / APM / RICS membership
* EV or renewable energy project experience
* NEBOSH / IOSH
