Early Years Educator (Level 3 Qualified)
Location: Aldershot, Hampshire (GU11)
Salary: £27,000-£29,000, dependent on qualifications and experience
Contract: Permanent | Full-time or part-time opportunities available
Our client is looking for a passionate and qualified Early Years Educator to join their warm and welcoming pre-school team based in Aldershot. This rewarding role offers the chance to make a difference in children’s early learning and development, supporting them to flourish in a safe, creative, and nurturing environment.
As part of a dedicated team, the Early Years Educator will deliver high-quality care and education following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, helping each child to explore, discover, and grow through curiosity-led learning.

What We’re Looking For
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (Level 2 applicants will be considered if committed to completing Level 3).
* Good standard of literacy and numeracy (GCSE English and Maths or equivalent).
* Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS, child development, and safeguarding.
* Paediatric First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain one).
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A positive, professional attitude with flexibility and emotional resilience.
* Passion for working with young children and supporting their individual learning needs.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional care and education to children aged 0–5, following the EYFS framework.
* Create engaging, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
* Observe and record children’s progress using digital learning journals.
* Build positive relationships with parents and carers, encouraging involvement in their child’s learning journey.
* Maintain a safe, secure, and stimulating environment at all times.
* Support colleagues to ensure a high standard of hygiene, health, and safety throughout the setting.
* Uphold safeguarding and child protection procedures with diligence.
* Work collaboratively as part of a supportive, enthusiastic team.
