Operations management within the Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager require strong leadership skills. Handling freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management are essential for ensuring shifts run smoothly. Giving customers the very best experience every time they visit the store is critical too.
