My client, a leading supplier of commercial drone technology to both public and private sectors, is at the forefront of that transformation. With a client list that includes Rolls Royce, BAE Systems, and the Ministry of Defence, they’re continuing to scale—and are now looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Executive to help accelerate their growth.

The Role

As a Senior BDE, you’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to pitching and closing deals. You’ll be joining an established, high-performing sales team and will play a key role in driving revenue across a range of sectors.


Responsibilities

* Identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities
* Managing the full 360° sales process with a strong focus on closing
* Building relationships with stakeholders across public and private sectors
* Presenting tailored demos and proposals to key decision-makers
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
* Maintaining accurate pipeline and CRM records
* Meeting and exceeding individual revenue targets


Qualifications

* Minimum 2 years of closing experience in a B2B sales environment
* A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
* A proactive, self-starting approach and a strong commercial mindset
* Interest in or experience with emerging tech (drones, SaaS, hardware, etc.) is a bonus
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth company

* Base salary up to £50,000 (depending on experience)
* Uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE of £75,000+
