About the role
We are seeking for an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our Finance team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
This is a pivotal role where you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our transactional processing team, ensuring the smooth running of our accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. You'll be the central point of contact for all AP/AR queries, working closely with suppliers, contractors, and internal colleagues to deliver timely and accurate financial transactions.
You'll play a key role in safeguarding processes, maintaining strong financial controls, and supporting continuous improvement, while making sure our finance service is reliable, efficient, and customer focused.
The role - What You'll be doing?
* Responsible for guaranteeing that all creditors are paid in all prescribed timescales and invoices raised appropriately.
* Develop relationships with multiple stakeholders inside and outside of the organisation.
* Provide the central point of contact for all queries and questions relating to all transactional actions both internally and externally.
* Co - ordinate the team to guarantee adherence to all processes, policies, and procedures Report progress on resources, scope, and timeline to stakeholders.
