Job Description
3. Manage general ledger activities and ensure accurate financial reporting for a portfolio of EMEA entities
4. Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with company policies and regulations.
5. Conduct reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
6. Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
7. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
8. Monitor and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
9. Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
10. Identify and implement process improvements within the accounting function.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will need:
11. Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
12. Experience working in a MNC on EMEA accounting
13. Knowledge of US GAAP
14. To be immediately available/maximum one week notice
