The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs Deliver small group interventions to boost attainment Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management Support pupils with SEND, SEMH or EAL needs Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning This role is ideal for experienced TAs, graduates considering teaching, or individuals with childcare, youth work or care backgrounds.
