You’ll lead our baby room with warmth and confidence, while also supporting the Nursery Manager with daily operations and stepping into management when they are away.

- staff member of the month rewards Staff meals provided Pension scheme Regular team outings and treats Hygge-inspired setting focused on calm, comfort, and connection Christmas events 2 weeks off at Christmas 1 week off at Easter and end of August Key Responsibilities: Lead the baby room, supporting learning and development through child-led, nurturing practice Support the Nursery Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff support Step up as acting manager during holidays and absences Ensure safeguarding and EYFS standards are consistently upheld Maintain a high standard of care and communication with parents and colleagues Be flexible and willing to help across the nursery when needed Requirements: Minimum Level 3 in Early Years Education Previous experience in a room leader or senior practitioner role Good understanding of EYFS and safeguarding procedures Strong communication and leadership skills Positive, calm, and organised approach to work Salary: £14.45
