A friendly and progressive SEN school in Wokingham is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their expanding team. You will work with pupils, many of whom have Autism, ADHD, communication difficulties, learning needs, or social–emotional challenges.
This SEN Teaching Assistant position is an excellent role for graduates or experienced support workers looking to step into the fields of Psychology, Education, Therapy, or Social Care.
Key Details:
* Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
* Location: Wokingham
* Start Date: ASAP
* Salary: £89–£100 per day
* Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm
SEN Teaching Assistant will include:
* Providing 1:1 and group support tailored to individual learning needs
* Helping pupils with communication, self-regulation, and independence
* Assisting teachers with planning, activities, and behaviour support
* Implementing strategies recommended by therapists and SEN specialists
* Contributing to a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment
